We decorated 600 bags!

About our project: In Colombia most groceries are packed in plastic bags, and you know how bad this could be for our environment. Because we only have bakery stores that pack their bakery in paper bags, 3 years ago we decided to use this bags. Kids had lots of fun doing their messages on the bags. Buyers, and parents of these kids, would have their messages at home.

We decorated 200 bags!

About our project: Students did a great job. This year a lot of messages related to recycling, taking care of water, taking care of animals, and extinction, among others, were decorated in our bakery bags. What made the difference this year? Messages were written both in English and in Spanish so that monolingual costumers would been able to understand what messages say.

We decorated 200 bags!

About our project: In Colombia groceries are packed in plastic bags, so we had to go a bakery because they are the only ones that work with paper bags. Arts is a very important part in our school, and with our proyect three diffrent areas worked on it Arts, Science and English. I belive this is a great way to show to the city we care about our environment.
