We decorated
50
bags!
About our project: It was a great fun. As paper bags are not used in our groceries we decided to purchase these bags ourselves and decorate them with Earth pictures and environmental messages. We decorated 50 bags and took them to New World supermarket where they were distributed to amazed shoppers. Earth Day is not widely celebrated in our country and not many people know about it. By taking part in the Grocery bags project we hoped to increase people's awareness about this day. And we are very proud that our school was the first in Azerbaijan that took part in this project.
