We decorated 25 bags!

About our project: Instead of the grocery bags, my class created bookmarks. With a delay in motor skills it was simpler for my kids to color in all the white in a smaller space of a bookmark. I find some free templates online I simply print out on cardstock then cut the bookmarks out. After the coloring was completed I laminated them and we passed them out at our school library.

We decorated 200 bags!

About our project: The students of Ophir School District decorated over 200 bags for Earth Day 2011. The employees at Hungry Moose Market noted that they always love giving away the decorated bags and their customers are intrigued by the artwork. We will try to increase the number of bags we decorate and the number of students who participated next year!

We decorated 300 bags!

About our project: It was a fun way to celebrate Earth Day 2010. It is exciting that we will get our message of taking care of the earth through the use on non-plastic bags. Thanks for the opportunity.
